Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NexiShare (nexishare.eu.cc). By creating an account or uploading a file, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use NexiShare to store or share:

• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Malware, exploits, or tools designed to attack systems or accounts.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content exploiting minors.
• Content that facilitates fraud, phishing, or illegal sale of goods.
• Material that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, per our moderation process.

3. Storage & plan limits

Free and paid plans include specific storage quotas, file size limits, and link-expiry defaults as described on our Pricing page. We may adjust these limits with notice for future billing periods.

All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after upload, regardless of plan or Trash status. NexiShare is built for fast, temporary transfers — it is not long-term storage. Download or re-share anything you need to keep before the 7-day window ends.

4. Links you create

You control who can access a share link and under what conditions (password, expiry, download limit). You are responsible for content you share and for whom you share it with.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or extended inactivity, after reasonable notice where required by law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

NexiShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NexiShare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
